We have an exciting opportunity for a Wholegoods Administrator, working as part of the central support team for a large family business in Insch. We are a well-established family business who are committed to investing in our people and dedicated to bringing leading products to our customers whilst offering a first-class customer experience.

The chosen candidate will be an experienced administrator, keen to add value with a can-do attitude. You will be highly organised, a great communicator, and pay close attention to detail. It’s a varied role with plenty of scope to learn new skills and become an integral part of our support team.

Duties will include but not be limited to :

  • Processing saleslines & raising sales invoices
  • Managing and tracking discounts
  • Export sales
  • Processing purchase & haulage invoices
  • Receiving machinery into stock & creating stock numbers
  • Process stock movements & produce stock reports
  • Machinery audits
  • Assisting with auctions
  • Maintaining the MID database
  • Liaising with finance companies
  • Hired machinery tracking & invoicing
  • Self-Billing agreements
  • Emailing workshop/parts/haulage requests
  • Register new machines with DVLA
  • Send out/request log books
  • Assist salesmen with any queries
  • Telephone queries
  • Assist with process improvements
  • Ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

  • A fantastic communicator with a can-do attitude
  • Experienced administrator with strong attention to detail
  • Organised methodical thinker with the ability to plan workload efficiently
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • A high level of organisation and the ability to multi-task
  • Team player who can also work on their own initiative
  • Comfortable with excel
  • Knowledge of Ibcos Gold advantageous

Salary:  DOE

Hours 8.30am-5pm (1/2 Hour lunch) Mon-Fri at Depot
