Here at the HRN Group, we are entering an exciting and ambitious growth period within the construction, groundcare and agriculture sectors in Scotland with our global manufacturing partners including Kubota and Hyundai. Due to our investment in growth, we are currently looking for an experienced Stock Controller for our Stirling Depot.

Who We’re Looking For:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and ambitious person, ideally with experience of working as a stock controller and knowledge of the Ibcos Gold system would be desirable. However, this is not essential, as training will be provided, and all candidates will be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Point of contact with our manufacturing partners Kubota & Hyundai for stock movements.
• Liaise with transport companies to assist with all aspects of the movement of machinery.
• Stock management of receiving goods in and recording goods out.
• Recording and reporting any damaged in transit stock.
• Creating and maintaining all inventory records.
• Use of computerised systems including Ibcos Gold to accurately log stock, and stock movements and update stock locations.
• Update and maintain all our manufacturer accounts with accurate stock inventory and delivery reporting information.
• Work closely with the sales team and provide feedback on any issues that may impact service delivery.

You will be joining HRN at an exciting time, as we recently recruited a new senior management team and expanded the current sales team to create this new role.
