A fantastic opportunity to join HRN in our service team has arisen for the Stirling depot. This role will suit an experienced Spray Painter.

HRN are a family-owned business that has been trading for over 40 years with multiple depots stretching from Stirling to Caithness, with ambitious plans for the future.

We are currently looking to recruit a Spray Painter for our Stirling Depot.

Job Function:

Performing body repairs, polishing, preparation and spray painting on customer and/or dealer-owned equipment.

Essential Duties:

· Completes all reports and administration required for work assignments (job cards, timesheets, risk assessments etc.)

· Maintains a clean workstation, assists with overall workshop organisation, tools and vehicles.

· Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments.

· Preparing machinery for paintwork and repair.

· Carrying out damage repairs as required.

· Applying paint products correctly and to a high standard.

· Mixing and matching paint products to apply to machinery.

· Adhoc duties to assist other departments.

Skills & Qualifications:

· Previous experience as a Spray Painter in a professional workshop environment.

· Good attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.

· The ability to work both as part of a team and on your own initiative.

· You will be able to work skilfully and safely and adhere to timelines/deadlines effectively.

· The workload is liable to change minute to minute, so we need someone who is flexible, and able to work well under pressure.

· Good communication skills.

· Forklift and truck driving licence preferred but not essential.

· Ability to work extended hours and weekends preferred but not essential.
