We have had an exciting opportunity arise at our Balbeggie depot which requires a motivated and hard-working individual to take on the role of Warranty Administrator.

Reporting to the Depot Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient processing of warranty claims with various manufacturers via their unique systems and processes and registrations of new machinery. You will work closely with our Service Departments throughout the group to ensure all machines are registered prior to delivery and the relevant paperwork is the upload into the system. Liaising with the relevant Service Managers on any warranty part return requests, claims rejected or submission errors whilst also ensuring compliance and good practice to maximise the return from warranty claims. Accuracy, attention to detail and adhering to process will be of key importance to the successful candidate to strive in this role. Ad-Hoc responsibilities to assist the Service Manager with any service administration tasks. Participate and comply with any warranty audits.

Experience in a similar role (desirable).

Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.

Excellent understanding of computer systems, databases, word processing, spreadsheets & audit processes.

Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.

Good organisation and time-management skills.

Mechanical knowledge (desirable).
