HRN is one of the largest dealers in Agriculture, Construction and Groundcare equipment in Scotland.  It is due to our continued investment in growth that an exciting opportunity has become available;  we are actively looking to recruit a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our central support team in Stirling.

This is a newly created role, and we are looking for the successful applicant to oversee and process registration documents for all vehicles bought and sold each month (c200) ensuring they are received/sent in a timely manner as well as managing all internal vehicles (c75 vehicles) ensuring they are taxed, have a valid MOT and serviced when required. 

The chosen candidate will be an experienced administrator, keen to add value with a can-do attitude. You will be highly organised, a great communicator, with a keen eye for detail. Hours can be flexible, ideally, Mon-Fri (min 4 days) as the role would require daily upkeep

Duties will include but not be limited to :

  • Register new machines with DVLA
  • Send out/request log books
  • Scanning documents and updating the system accordingly
  • Work closely with the central admin team
  • Telephone queries
  • Upkeep the Company Vehicle listings
  • Telematics reporting
  • Organise MOT & Services
  • Taxing vehicles
  • Key-holder for spare vehicles
  • Ad hoc duties as required


  • 1-year experience essential
  • Standard Grade/Nationals in English & Maths Grade 3+
  • A high level of organisation and pride in their work
  • Team player who can also work on their own initiative
  • Proficient with excel (updating data & using filters essential)
  • Drivers licence

Salary:  DOE

Hours: Negotiable Mon-Fri at Stirling Depot (3/4 hrs daily)

Own transport essential – free parking
